Wise is a shared reading list for your team that also builds a searchable knowledge base of useful, relevant articles over time.

The world is changing at a rapid pace, driving an explosion of knowledge content made increasingly accessible through social & professional networks. We help you and your team harness this as a resource for relevant, up-to-the-minute learning.

How it Works

Simple Setup & Moderation - create your own shared reading list in minutes, invite your team members and set reading goals. Moderate your list with full control of what content makes the cut, whether from industry influencers or contributed by your team.

Collaborative Curation - the power of Wise is the gathering of up-to-the-minute, relevant knowledge through what we call collaborative curation and placing this at your fingertips for moderation. We combine the latest blogs, articles and other content being shared by industry influencers with those discovered and shared by your team.

Goal Based Motivation - set a monthly, time-based reading goal for your team or set them the task of reading 100% of your shared reading list. Either way, Wise will track their progress and encourage them to keep up and meet their goal each month.

Social Validation - at Wise we think that multiple choice questions at the end of an article are outdated and that readers interact more naturally with articles through shared insights and comments. Integral to our user experience is the use of these interactions to drive a social validation of learning, which is both more organic and provides additional data on how your team is engaging with the learning content.

Reporting & Insights - there is very little data we don’t collect and we are increasingly exposing insights drawn from this data to you. As a baseline we provide reporting on individual progress, as well as an overview of your entire team’s progress in real time, including those who are falling behind on the goal.
